Setting up was tough as everybody had to rush through the process as their were given just one day to set up. The previous exhibition ended only 2 days ago.
Given B. Jane Cowie curation direction, everything just fall into place… very nicely!

The Spirits Live On – Opening Night

To have lovely soft tunes playing in the background, dim lights to set an intimate evening for visitors, friends and well wishers. What could else could be a perfect setting for the opening of “The Spirits Live On by David Wells, a collection of digital photography from his travels in Angkor, Cambodia.

 

 

David’s love affair with the Ancient City is truly remarkable, as he shows the overwhelming visceral and spiritual connection to the energy of the place and the spirits of the people who walked through its temples and grounds before him.

what a night it turned out to be!
there were so many friends, the gallery was packed and the aircon was working at its fullest.

what can be better than a night of drinks, art, good company, and young singaporean artists being about the showcase the work of the hands and their hearts!
